Palo Santo

Palo Santo Sticks are used to cleanse your home, office or business.  Removes negative energy.  Great for meditation, brings peace and tranquility.

Directions:

Take your Palo Santo and hold it  in the flame for 20-30 seconds, until the wood has caught fire and embers have formed.

As it lights, give it intention.  For example, something like peace, guidance, or clarity.  However, the intention should be on whatever you feel you need the most in that particular moment.

Follow up with a light prayer from the heart.
